Join a high-acuity, fast-paced dual level of care unit that combines Telemetry and Progressive Care (PCU) services in a designated Primary Stroke Center . Our 25-bed unit provides exceptional care to a diverse adult patient population, with 9 beds designated for PCU-level patients.

Common Diagnoses:

* Chest Pain

* Stroke

* Respiratory Failure

* Sepsis

This unit is an ideal match for skilled travel nurses looking for a challenging and rewarding environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

RN Ratios:

* Telemetry side: 1:5-6

* PCU side: 1:3

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of Telemetry RN experience

* Minimum 2 years of PCU RN experience

* Previous Travel RN experience required

* Charge Nurse experience preferred

* Proficient in caring for stroke patients

Certifications Required:

* NIH Stroke Scale Certification (NIHSS)

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

* Basic Life Support (BLS)
