The Senior Associate, Content Enablement & Governance is responsible for managing and optimizing the creation, automation, and governance of client-facing materials. This role requires a blend of user experience (UX) sensibility, data management skills, technological proficiency, and process design expertise. The Senior Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all client materials are visually compelling, technically robust, and compliant with regulatory and brand standards.
Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Content Automation & Enablement Partner with the Head of Client Content & Design to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable content automation tools and processes. Support the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of content automation platforms, ensuring timely resolution of issues and optimization of workflows. Create visually appealing and compliant exhibits and presentations for client deliverables, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. Content Governance Contribute to the development, implementation, and reinforcement of best practice content governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Ensure all client-facing materials adhere to regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, and design standards. Content Library Management Assist in the development and upkeep of a centralized content library, ensuring the availability, accuracy, and currency of intellectual capital and templates. Cross-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with internal stakeholders—including IT, Data, Investment, Research, Marketing, and Compliance teams—to gather requirements, define templates, and ensure the technical and content integrity of client materials. Partner with subject matter experts and thought leaders to curate, create, and distribute high-quality content for client deliverables. Quality Assurance & Compliance Review standard client materials for consistency in design, tone, and messaging, as well as compliance with regulatory and brand standards. Training & Support Assist in training team members on content governance processes, design standards, content automation tools, and data management best practices. Provide ongoing support to users of content enablement platforms. Industry Monitoring & Innovation Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in design, UX, and content automation. Recommend and integrate innovative practices and technologies to enhance the firm’s content strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in content design, data management, or technology implementation, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment. Experience and/or proficiency in content automation and enablement tools (especially Seismic and/or Templafy) and content design tools (especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and user experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Base salary range for this role: Pay Range Minimum: 66500 Pay Range Maximum: 86500 In addition to the listed salary range, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. Actual placement within the stated salary range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
