Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and support the development of our Resupply platform. This is a great opportunity for a technical product manager, or product owner, to influence the execution of Brightree’s strategy. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders and users to understand business needs and requirements.
Ensure backlogs for the scrum team are prioritized, groomed, estimation ready, testable and capture all functional, non-functional, data and API requirements for each user story.
Write clear epics and user stories establishing acceptance criteria based on requirements.
Create mock-ups, wireframes, and workflow diagrams.
Perform UAT with attention to detail defining and validating user scenarios.
Drive successful releases for the scrum team.
Diligently review, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues.
Support beta programs, ensuring all reported issues are tracked and resolved.
Partner with engineering teams and leaders to ensure that designers, engineers, QA, etc. are operating effectively at all levels
Work closely with a product manager, product operations, and other TPMs within the product team.
Research the functional, regulatory, or security need in a specific area to develop the business requirement and process
Maintain a window to customers, market, and industry and be able to speak to it with a scrum team
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in software development, engineering, or a related technical domain.
Experience writing for a technical audience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Healthcare technology experience preferred
