Working Location: One North proximity
Salary: $2,853 to $3,780
Working hours: Mon–Thurs: 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri: 8:30am–5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
Meeting Coordination and SupportMaintain and update meeting schedules to ensure timely organization of events.
Reserve meeting rooms and compile agendas to support effective discussions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Event PlanningCoordinate Organizational Development (OD) activities, managing logistics and ensuring smooth execution. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand event goals and propose creative ideas to enhance engagement. Liaise with vendors such as caterers and event planners.
Workplace Resource ManagementConduct regular inventory checks of office resources (e.g., workstations, lockers, cabinets). Maintain accurate records of workplace asset allocation and availability.
Financial ReportingCollect and organise project-related data for database entry and maintenance. Generate and consolidate monthly financial reports for tracking and analysis.
Administrative SupportAssist with ad-hoc operational tasks and general office duties to support smooth team operations.
Job Requirements Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience in finance reporting or resource management, especially in the public sector, is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Effective written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail in tasks such as stocktaking and report generation. Resourceful and capable of resolving minor operational issues independently.
