Interview Process 3rd round: Half an hour technical connect with Client (Zoom) 4th round: In-person interview at Dallas, TX Overview We are looking for an analytical mind capable of strategically creating and driving insights that go beyond the basics. An intuitive understanding of ML algorithms and confidence in their application is essential. Our ML workspace is programming-language-agnostic, used for versioning and delivering code. What you'll do Generate quick and robust business insights using standard tools and frameworks across various tech stacks, including open source. Collaborate closely with Data and Software Engineers to provide sustainable Business Intelligence solutions. Create visual outputs via dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Streamlit, etc., with clear communication of insights. Possess strong coding skills in R and Python, scripting in SQL and MS Excel; additional skills in Java, Scala, Julia, etc., are a plus. Source, clean, manipulate, and analyze large datasets efficiently. Have demonstrable experience in supervised and unsupervised learning, including regression, forecasting, classification, NLP, decision algorithms, and search algorithms. What you'll need Understanding of frameworks and tools to create reproducible, valid insights, and ability to analyze data across business lines. Experience in storytelling with data insights and visualizations is a plus. Familiarity with interpretable/explainable ML and causal inference is desirable. 4-6 years of impactful experience in creating data-driven products and deploying ML models with awareness of data pipelines. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; a Master's or PhD with less experience is acceptable.
