Job Summary: Were seeking an Engineering Director, Product Technical Lead to serve as the overall technology leader to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of our global tax technology platformTotal Tax Ecosystem. This role will work closely with BDO Global on the development of cloud-based tax solutions, with a strong emphasis on data strategy, AI adoption, and scalable cloud architecture. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership experience, preferably with a background in tax services (e.g., Partnership, Corporate, Indirect, Strategic Tax), and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade platforms. Prior experience in similar tax technology initiatives is highly preferred. This role will lead building out high-performing product engineering teams in a global multi-site setup growing up to 30-50 engineers in the first 3 years.
