Leverages UX/UI and human-centered design strategies to assess stakeholder needs, build engagement strategies, and support technical development teams in designing products with end-users in mind.
The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.

Required Skills
Experience facilitating user research (e.g., usability testing, personas) and translating findings into audience-specific recommendations Experience using change management strategies to drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation Experience using tools like Mural or Figma to facilitate stakeholder collaboration and create wireframes Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutions Ability to provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectations
Education
3-10+ years of directly related experience and M.A./M.S.

LEAVE - Want to spend more time with the family? Want more time to travel the world? You can BUY additional annual leave for a total of 6 weeks of annual leave. That’s up to 240 hours of leave plus 11 holidays! That’s not even including paid anniversary leave!
