What Youll Do: Schedule and dispatch drivers Monitor routes and adjust as needed to maximize efficiency Communicate with drivers to provide updates and instructions Track shipments and resolve any service issues Maintain accurate records of loads, mileage, and schedules What Were Looking For: Experience in dispatching, logistics, or trucking operations (preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems
