No weekends. Job Description: Join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in our Ambulatory Infusion department, where we specialize in providing expert care to patients with a range of conditions such as cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections. Our Ambulatory Infusion Nurses are essential in delivering high-quality infusion therapies and supporting patients through their treatment journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive care to patients receiving infusion therapy, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the process.- Administer IV therapy and other infusion services in a patient-centered environment.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.- Monitor patients during therapy, observing for signs and symptoms of adverse reactions, and taking appropriate action as necessary.- Educate patients and their families about therapy, treatment plans, and caring for infusion sites. Qualifications: - Current and unencumbered Oregon RN license required.- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.- AHA ACLS Provider Card required.- Previous IV therapy experience preferred.- Proficiency with PICC and midline insertion techniques preferred.- Experience in chemotherapy administration preferred.- National certifications in Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) are preferred.- Preference for candidates with active ONS/ONCC provider cards.- Candidates with PIV and CVAD access experience will be prioritized.
