We’re hiring a Senior UX/UI Designer for a hybrid opportunity in New York, NY with a reputable agency supporting enterprise clients. This full-time role will join the Product Team and collaborate across disciplines to create compelling user experiences for web apps and digital experience projects. Employees are encouraged to work onsite 2-3 days per week in a beautiful, casual Midtown office. (NYC candidates only please.) This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital solutions in a collaborative, creative environment. You’ll be producing innovative work across platforms, helping define branded systems, and bringing strategic UX/UI concepts to life. Candidates must have regulated industry experience at the enterprise level. The application deadline for this role is 08/29/2025. Senior UX/UI Designer Responsibilities: Produce innovative work that translates complex ideas and UX findings into compelling, smart, and forward-thinking digital experiences across platforms, mobile and media applications, and internal tools.

Communicate those concepts through end-to-end client journeys, narratives/stories, prototypes, sketches, wireframes, interface designs, and/or information architectures.

Produce and maintain the UX/UI framework, including branded theme and component system.

Define, evolve or leverage client brand systems to meet user and client needs; ensure all delivered work adheres to and maintains visual and brand consistency.

Test concepts and ideas by leveraging relevant software, tools, and processes including usability testing.

Senior UX/UI Designer Qualifications: Portfolio of successfully launched work that demonstrates strategic, conceptual, and creative thinking.

7+ years agency or in-house UX design and production experience.

2+ years leading user experience projects, including overseeing UX/creative teams and production.

2+ years as client-facing UX lead with direct client interactions.

Expert understanding of digital product design and user experience deliverables, tools, and methodologies.

Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research—gathering insights to generating conclusions.

Confident and well-articulated presenter to clients and colleagues, gathering feedback and managing requests.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in UX, design thinking, HCI, design or similar discipline.
