About the Role:

As the

eCommerce Digital Shelf Insights Manager , you will be part of an exciting and transformative eCommerce team within Ferrero USA. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting on business performance, deriving actionable insights, and translating complex analysis into simple conclusions that will empower the team to take actions that improve Ferrero’s eCommerce business results. You will own ongoing KPIs reporting, business performance scorecard updating, and ad-hoc analysis to educate and influence key business decision-making with our Leadership, Customer, and Brand Teams. You’ll support the

overall eCommerce team and leadership

to accelerate sales growth by collaborating with cross-functional internal teams and external agencies on meeting Digital Shelf KPIs, category management, and optimization opportunities, while delivering best-in-class category insights to drive our business versus the competitive set. Business knowledge, Digital Shelf Analytics, data analysis, and communication skills are essential to thrive in this multi-functional team. This position is hybrid, based in our North American HQ in Parsippany, NJ. Main Responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities Identifies and defines unique opportunities based on market trends analytics and reporting from Amazon Vendor Central and other sources (e.g., Circana). Builds, maintains, and improves performance reports and KPIs related to ecommerce business performance (Digital Shelf Execution, Monthly Volume, Net Sales, Consumption). Identifies drivers of digital shelf performance across retailers and categories. Measures and reports on performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Analyzes ecommerce performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key platforms. Supports developing & delivering joint business plan targets and brand growth strategies for the Ferrero brand portfolio on eCommerce. Supports success with our customers and partners by helping to drive Digital Shelf initiatives and commercial strategies, including creating eCommerce Category Management & Digital Shelf toolkits. Conducts category assortment, promotional, cross-selling, and other relevant analyses for eCommerce and omnichannel retailers, leveraging all relevant information. Identifies and codifies new analyses relevant to driving eCommerce traffic, conversion, and basket size; integrates online and offline data into actionable insights to maximize performance in omnichannel environments. Supports the development of storylines and presentations to communicate findings internally and externally to retailers and stakeholders. Collaborates with internal teams and data vendors to identify and obtain relevant data and tools for eCommerce insights and tracking. Supports internal teams in developing eCommerce dashboards and reporting for a cross-functional leadership audience; tracks key performance metrics. Coordinates with Finance to track eCommerce financial performance where applicable; performs reporting updates for sales performance & trend analyses. Owns & optimizes digital shelf intelligence tools and vendor relationships; collaborates with eCommerce Content Managers to ensure content compliance. Analyzes PDP performance and content health using DSA tools (CIQ, Profitero, or comparable tools), identifies improvement opportunities, and leads resolution. Conducts quarterly/sessional competitive audits across priority categories and channels. Who we are looking for:

Educational Background Professional Experience 3+ years of related Digital Shelf Analytics/eCategory management experience 5+ years relevant experience across Sales, Category Management, Digital Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Scintilla, and other Retailer platforms, and Circana Strong understanding of Pureplay/Omni-channel, Retail Media, and Content Syndication Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve business problems. Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear stories to influence decisions with data and insights. Technologically savvy with strong office software skills (PPT, Excel, etc.). Self-starter, able to manage ambiguity, self-motivated, with a strong drive for results and passion for the Category, Shopper, and Customer. Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $158,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and other factors permitted by law. This range reflects the expected salary at this time. How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
