About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of People to lead the people strategy during a significant growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the organizational culture, driving performance, and leading senior HR business partners and recruiting teams. This executive role demands the design and execution of scalable strategies for talent planning, onboarding, and organizational development. The VP of People will also be tasked with fostering a vibrant, inclusive culture, leading remote workforce best practices, and aligning people programs with the company's evolving business priorities.

Applicants for the VP of People role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in people/HR leadership within fast-growth technology organizations, with a proven track record of scaling through significant headcount growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology sector, with SaaS and healthcare exposure highly valued. Key skills include the ability to build high-performance cultures, deliver modern performance management frameworks, and manage senior HR business partners and recruiting teams. The role requires a clear, energizing communicator with a data-driven approach to people decisions, familiar with current HR analytics and tools. Experience in executive roles within SaaS or healthcare technology companies, as well as a background in scaling people functions through multiple rapid growth cycles, is a strong plus.
