The COO will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of workforce development services in compliance with Federal and State regulations, Board directives, and organizational policies. This role involves overseeing operational and programmatic budgets, leading the design and implementation of systems and processes for optimal workforce development outcomes, and managing the organization's information technology and communications functions. The successful candidate will also be tasked with directing the organizational structure and staff, partnering with the executive team to execute operational infrastructure, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
