About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic and hands-on Head of Total Rewards and People Operations to spearhead the design and delivery of its global rewards strategy and people operations function. This senior leader will be responsible for ensuring that the company's compensation, benefits, and people programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives, particularly in the context of growth and IPO readiness. The role involves leading the design, implementation, and management of global compensation and benefits programs, partnering with the executive team on executive compensation, and conducting market benchmarking to maintain competitiveness. Additionally, the Head of Total Rewards and People Operations will oversee the annual compensation cycle and lead the evolution of the global people operations function to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, and/or people operations, with a preference for those who have worked in high-growth technology companies. Key qualifications include expertise in global compensation practices, experience in preparing for IPO readiness, and a strong track record of scaling people operations in multi-national organizations. The role also requires proficiency in leveraging systems and technology to optimize operations, excellent analytical skills, and a strong leadership presence with executive communication skills. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the executive team, drive operational excellence, and manage a high-performing team while fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
