About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Partnerships to drive growth through the strategic sourcing, structuring, and scaling of high-impact partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategic partnerships roadmap across various verticals, including retail, travel, financial, lifestyle, technology, and grocery. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in complex deal-making, particularly with Fortune 500 companies, and the ability to influence product and marketing strategies based on partnership insights. The VP of Partnerships will also be tasked with creating innovative value exchange models, ensuring effective partnerships at different customer journey stages, and driving incremental GMV and new customer acquisition through ongoing partner performance management.

Applicants for the VP of Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of relevant work experience, with a Bachelor's degree required and a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development within technology, e-commerce, fintech, or loyalty sectors.
