The Company is seeking a Vice President, Corporate Controller to play a pivotal role in the organization's financial transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CFO, leading the preparation for the company's next phase of growth and supporting long-term financial planning. This includes the potential for strategic partnerships or an initial public offering. The role is both strategic and hands-on, with a focus on creating scalable processes, establishing robust internal controls, and enhancing financial decision-making across the organization. The VP, Corporate Controller will also be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and building a public-company-ready function.
Applicants for the VP, Corporate Controller position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. The role requires a deep understanding of GAAP, internal control frameworks, and experience in complex technical accounting areas.
