About the Role The Company is in search of a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead its nursing division with a focus on quality, safety, and the patient and team experience. The CNO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping the future of nursing within the organization and balancing nursing leadership with business acumen. A primary challenge for the CNO will be nurse recruitment and retention, requiring a partnership with Human Resources to build and maintain a strong workforce. Candidates for the CNO position should have a strong acute care clinical background, extensive administrative skills, and a proven track record of nursing leadership, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in progressively responsible roles within similar healthcare settings. The successful CNO will be visible, community-oriented, proactive, and an outstanding communicator, with the ability to build relationships and foster team cohesion.
