The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated group that provides expert advice on a range of financial transactions, with a focus on the middle market. This role is pivotal in delivering bespoke solutions to clients, including M&A, debt and equity capital transactions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and liability management. The Vice President will work closely with a team of professionals to execute all necessary deliverables, from financial analysis to transaction execution, and will be expected to contribute to the firm's growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Applicants for the Vice President, Restructuring role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree from a top undergraduate program and at least 7 years' of professional experience, with a minimum of 4 years' in investment banking, specifically in restructuring or related practice lines. A strong knowledge of bankruptcy law, valuation, and credit agreements is essential.
