About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its rapidly growing team. The CFO will be a key strategic partner, leading the financial strategy, capital raising, investor relations, and operational finance. This role is pivotal for a startup-minded financial leader with a proven track record in scaling companies, particularly in the digital infrastructure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's financial strategy, partnering with the executive team on strategic planning, and leading fundraising efforts for large-scale projects.
The ideal CFO will have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a CFO or senior finance executive role, and a strong background in capital markets. They should be a hands-on operator, adept at financial modeling, valuation, and ROI analysis, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The role also involves establishing financial systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure, as well as mentoring a high-performing finance team. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred, but not required. The CFO will play a critical role in the company's growth, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate new opportunities and driving financial performance through the implementation of metrics and dashboards.
