The Company is in search of an Investment Banking Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing transactions within the energy sector, overseeing financial analysis, modeling, and valuation efforts, and developing and delivering presentations and reports for clients and senior leadership. This role also involves driving business development initiatives, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of investment banking experience, with a background in the ESOP space being a plus.
