The CTO will be responsible for crafting and executing a 3-5 year technology strategy, leading the deployment of autonomous and digital-twin solutions, and ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as AI, IoT, and cyber-physical security. This senior executive role demands a hands-on technologist with a strong business acumen, capable of driving innovation and change management at all levels of the organization.
