About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all financial analysis and operations, the company's financial close and audits, and the evaluation of complex strategic and operational initiatives. This senior leadership role requires extensive financial, operational, and strategic experience, as well as the ability to develop and execute financial strategies, oversee budgeting activities, and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. The Vice President of Finance will also have management responsibility for the company's accountable entity program, revenue recognition, and tax filings, and will serve as the primary liaison for external business partners.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a preference for those holding an MBA and a CPA certification. A minimum of 10 years of senior-level financial and general management experience is required, or a minimum of 6 years with a CPA certification. The role demands a hands-on, unpretentious style, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across all functional groups. The ideal candidate will have a broad-based technical background in financial concepts, be proficient in communication, and have exceptional organizational management and leadership skills. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid and Medicare funding, is essential, as is the ability to influence strategic business decisions and lead the organization through growth or transition.
