About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Point of Care Diagnostics in the Central Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams to drive growth in a dynamic, customer-centric market. This role requires the development and execution of regional sales strategies, management of complex sales cycles, and the identification of new business opportunities. Candidates for the RVP position should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of sales experience in a complex sales environment. A proven track record in leading commercial teams in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare, and a deep understanding of the US healthcare market are required. The role demands strong leadership, strategic, and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in value-based care models, be proficient in CRM systems, and have experience in change management.
