Candidates for the Dean position should have a Ph.D. in a relevant field and a proven track record of academic and administrative leadership. The role requires a leader who can inspire and support faculty, staff, and students, and who is dedicated to the mission of the college. Experience in fundraising and a strong network of industry connections are highly valued. The Dean will be expected to have a deep understanding of the STEM fields and to be able to articulate a clear vision for the future of the college.
