About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Demand Generation, also known as the Head of Growth, to spearhead the demand engine and drive the full-funnel growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the demand generation strategy, designing integrated multi-channel campaigns, and aligning with sales, product marketing, and SDRs to ensure a cohesive approach. This role demands a hands-on leader with a test-and-learn mindset, particularly in the context of the fast-paced, early-stage environment. The focus is on accelerating the qualified pipeline and revenue, with a specific emphasis on the technical buyer personas in the cybersecurity space.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of B2B demand generation experience, with at least 2-3 years' in cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise tech. The role requires a proven track record in owning pipeline and marketing-sourced revenue targets, deep expertise in complex sales cycles, and proficiency in MarTech tools. The ideal candidate will be data-obsessed, ROI-focused, and adept at campaign optimization.
