The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development of next-generation agentic AI systems for the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and scaling sophisticated AI systems that can streamline and automate complex medical workflows. This role involves building and growing high-performing engineering teams, designing new infrastructure, and enhancing existing systems. Collaboration with a world-class founding team is essential to push the boundaries of applied AI in healthcare. The Head of Engineering will also ensure robust integration, optimization, and deployment of LLM in production environments.
Applicants for the Head of Engineering position at the company should have a proven track record in building and scaling agentic AI systems, with a preference for experience in frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar. Deep knowledge of LLMOps, fine-tuning models, and deploying production-grade GenAI applications is required. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, be adept at working in fast-paced, early-stage environments, and have hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, particularly React, Python, and/or Node.js. A background in ML, AI, or related fields, with a focus on action and experimentation, is also necessary. Bonus points are given for experience in startup environments, particularly in healthcare, medical data, or regulated tech systems, and a passion for building with small teams and big ambitions.
