The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, lead internal and external teams, and possess excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and Argus is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role also involves market research, property visits, and representing the company in the real estate community.
