About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Marketing to lead the digital experience for its portfolio of properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing hotel profitability through strategic online resource allocation, with a focus on improving market share and driving revenue performance. This role involves overseeing the digital sales experience, including website optimization, online advertising, and reputation management. The VP will also be instrumental in the development and execution of the digital marketing roadmap, managing marketing and branding initiatives, and ensuring that the company's online presence is in line with its commercial goals.
Applicants must have a 4-year degree, at least 5 years of leadership experience in hotel digital marketing or revenue strategy, and over 7 years in digital marketing. The role requires a deep understanding of SEM, search engine algorithms, and online marketing strategies, including social media. The VP will be expected to have a proven track record in leadership, the ability to sell digital marketing expertise to ownership groups, and experience with brand systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Adobe Creative Suite being a plus. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
