About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Administration and Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the areas of finance, human resources, facilities operations, capital programs, and auxiliary services. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong background in financial or administrative management, ideally with a master’s degree in a related field or a CPA designation, and a minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in finance. Expertise in budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and human resources management is essential. The EVPAF will also serve as the chief financial officer, advising the President and the Board of Trustees on all institutional financial matters.
