About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional VP of Sales for the Mid-Market (East) region. Key responsibilities include providing support and guidance to the team, developing a winning team through recruitment, training, and coaching, and actively leading demand generation activities.
To succeed in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of sales leadership experience, be adept at engaging at the C-level in commercial customer organizations, and have a strong background in consultative selling with a proven sales methodology. The role demands a leader with established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and colleagues, with a demonstrated passion for driving results and a competitive disposition for winning. Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate and influence in a team environment are essential.
