About the Role
The Company is seeking a General Counsel to lead its in-house legal function and support the organization's global enterprise-wide legal needs. The successful candidate will be a strategic legal advisor to executive leadership, proactively identifying and addressing legal risks and opportunities. This role involves building and scaling a technology-enabled legal team, leading a B2B SaaS contracting team, providing product counseling, and overseeing a comprehensive compliance program. The General Counsel will also be responsible for managing corporate legal activities, directing intellectual property strategy, and ensuring the company's operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Applicants for the General Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' legal experience, with a strong in-house background in an international, B2B SaaS environment. A law degree and admission to the local governing body are required.
