About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP, Operations / General Manager for the West region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational and financial performance of the business unit, with a strong focus on market leadership, P&L ownership, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of market performance, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. Key responsibilities include leading a highly matrixed team, instilling a culture of operational discipline, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves talent management, client partnership, and collaboration with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure market growth and expansion.

Applicants for the SVP, Operations / General Manager position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in full P&L responsibility, expertise in building and leading high-performing teams, and a passion for patient-centered care and teammate engagement. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and business judgment are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management is preferred.
