About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compliance to lead the compliance program for several key health businesses. This strategic role involves supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in the creation and implementation of a comprehensive compliance strategy, risk assessment, and detailed work plan. The successful candidate will provide influential leadership on compliance, ethics, and regulatory issues to reduce risk and enable business growth. Responsibilities include managing a large team of compliance professionals, overseeing compliance risk assessments, and ensuring the effectiveness of the compliance program in detecting, preventing, and correcting compliance issues. The role also requires close collaboration with executive leadership, business teams, and various compliance and legal functions.

Applicants for the Vice President of Compliance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in leading comprehensive compliance programs, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with senior executives, driving results in a matrixed environment, and possess strong communication and leadership skills. A JD, MBA, or relevant advanced degree, along with professional certifications such as CPA, CHC, CCEP, CFE, is preferred. Experience in healthcare provider and MA health plan compliance, as well as knowledge of key healthcare laws and regulations, is highly valued. The role requires the ability to manage a large team, develop talent, and ensure a culture of compliance and ethics throughout the organization.
