About the Role The Company is seeking a KYC Transformation Project Sr Lead, SVP to play a pivotal role in the strategic transformation of its financial crimes program. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a keen eye on industry trends, particularly in the KYC space, and will be responsible for leading critical workstreams to ensure the program's efficiency, client experience, risk management, and cost reduction. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills, as the Sr Lead will be engaging with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. The candidate will be accountable for significant business results and will have a high level of responsibility over the strategy for technology, data, operations, and processes.
Key responsibilities for the KYC Transformation Project Sr Lead include defining workstream strategy, managing multiple complex projects, identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading the resolution of issues that may arise. The role requires a professional with a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with a preference for those with a background in KYC. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project and program management, be adept at driving adherence to project processes, and have a proven track record of ensuring that project delivery aligns with business objectives. The role is critical for the company's operations and demands a candidate who can appropriately assess and manage risk, with a focus on compliance and ethical business practices.
