This pivotal role involves overseeing the development and execution of strategies that enhance market positioning, optimize customer relationships, and elevate digital presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic projects, including market, competitor, and consumer research, and will play a key role in identifying best practices for cross-functional sales and marketing initiatives. Collaboration with divisional leaders is essential to ensure alignment and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Customer Data and Strategy at the company include leading the customer data strategy, guiding data analysis for sales, marketing, and product strategies, and overseeing segmentation strategies for targeted initiatives. The role also involves directing the corporate CRM system strategy, leading email marketing communications, and ensuring cross-functional alignment for a seamless customer experience.
