About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. The CAO will be instrumental in driving the organization's philanthropic strategy, brand visibility, and external communications to support its diverse service areas. This includes leading a dynamic team focused on fundraising, donor relations, marketing, and strategic communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing vision and oversight for all fundraising initiatives, leading the execution of transformational campaigns, and ensuring a robust donor stewardship system. Additionally, the CAO will be tasked with leading the marketing and communications strategy to elevate the brand, strengthen digital engagement, and ensure message alignment across all stakeholders.
