About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This is a new position focused on leading the front-end product organization and overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from lead generation to client enrollment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the digital sales funnel and martech products, including modern martech transformation and CDP implementation. A key aspect of the role is untangling legacy systems and driving a culture of crisp product thinking. The VP will also be tasked with leading a team of product managers, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving clarity and prioritization in a fast-moving environment.
To excel in this role, candidates must have a background in a start-up or smaller company dynamic, with at least 15 years' experience in product management and a minimum of 5 years in executive product leadership. A proven track record in fintech, financial services, rewards, or related fields is essential. The role requires a hands-on, scrappy approach, with the ability to lead teams and be fluent in Salesforce, particularly in platform design, development, and integration. Deep martech knowledge, including CDPs, segmentation, and sales enablement, is a must, as is a strong data intuition and UX awareness. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of influencing executives and stakeholders, and will be adept at modern product management practices.
