About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Virtual Region and Digital Growth to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the digital member experience across all virtual touchpoints, ensuring a seamless integration between digital channels and physical branches. This role involves driving growth through digital sales channels, optimizing the member journey, and leading a team to meet performance targets related to loan and deposit growth, digital adoption, and member satisfaction. The VP will also have direct P&L responsibility, work closely with cross-functional teams to create a unified omnichannel experience, and be involved in digital sales funnel management, and conversion optimization, and will be expected to comply with all state and federal banking regulatory requirements.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' of progressive experience in digital banking or digital growth leadership, with a proven track record in digital transformation, sales growth, and member experience enhancement. The role requires a deep knowledge of digital sales funnels, Adobe Analytics, and end-to-end member journey mapping, as well as experience in managing digital sales funnels and optimizing digital lead conversion in a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is required, and experience in a member-centric organization, financial technology, and digital sales platforms is preferred.
