About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Treasury to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Treasury department, with a focus on balance sheet strategy development, asset/liability management, portfolio management, investor relations, capital planning, and liquidity management. This role involves working closely with the CFO on strategic and tactical leadership in capital markets and planning, managing the company's interest rate risk and liquidity, and overseeing various finance initiatives. The VP of Treasury will also be involved in managing relationships with banks, debt investors, rating agencies, and external audit firms, as well as ensuring compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. Candidates for the Vice President of Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Professional designations such as CFA or CTP are a plus. The role requires significant experience in issuing asset-backed securities, managing asset-backed revolving credit facilities, and a solid understanding of capital and liquidity planning. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have excellent analytical skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong communication, leadership, and the ability to work well with professionals at all levels are essential.
