Job Summary The Technical Project Manager oversees software integrations, codes up to RESTful APIs, and onboards new clients in an agile environment while ensuring the successful execution and hand off projects. Job Duties Independently lead and take ownership of complex projects involving software integrations with top-tier Financial Institutions and Fintech companies on a global scale. Cultivate and strategically manage key external partnerships, fostering collaboration and driving innovation.

Demonstrate a mastery of MX products, serving as a reliable expert for clients and influencing the product roadmap.

Collaborate seamlessly with the MX Product and Engineering teams, actively contributing to product enhancements.

Conduct meticulous analysis of clients' multifaceted business and functional requirements, tailoring solutions to their unique needs.

Develop and execute detailed project plans, closely monitoring milestones and proactively mitigating risks.

Lead process innovation initiatives, optimizing integration processes for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

Job Requirements 8+ years of relevant experience, showcasing leadership and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors degree, preferred.

Proven experience in a SaaS company with an agile environment.

Proficiency in API testing tools such as POSTman.

Proven track record of successfully working with vendor test data and resolving complex API issues.

Strong ability to troubleshoot REST API logs, review OpenSearch logs, and utilize other technical tools.

Knowledge of the financial services industry and experience working with financial institutions and Fintech companies.

Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
