The Role As a Material Coordinator, you’ll be a key contributor to our plant operations, helping ensure that materials are where they need to be: on time, every time. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting just-in-time workflows, resolving material risks, and maintaining the systems that power seamless production. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate inventory records and execute inbound/outbound material movement Monitor inventory using ERP tools and visual control systems Flag supply risks and communicate resolution paths with urgency Execute material pulls, expedites, and transfers for on-time production Partner cross-functionally to align materials with plant priorities and customer expectations Lead or support cycle counts and continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with safety procedures and shop floor protocols Who You Are A proactive thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments with competing priorities Strong communicator (written and verbal), especially with cross-functional teams Comfortable navigating ERP systems and Excel Detail-oriented and self-motivated—you take initiative and follow through Ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-accountability setting Associate’s degree or equivalent
