1 Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst/Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/4
to support program(s) as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Responsibilities include supporting a fast-paced, high-profile program; creating, maintaining, and leveraging working relationships with internal and external customers; developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment; and investigating security violations and preparing reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Experience in program security, with knowledge of implementing a multi-disciplined security program (access control, personnel security, physical security, OPSEC, etc.) is required. Candidates should have a working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals volumes 1-4, ICD 705, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures. This position can be filled at either a level 3 or level 4. Basic Qualifications for Level 3: 5+ years of Security or related experience and a Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Active Top Secret clearance. In-scope investigation (T5, T5R, SSBI, SBPR, PPR) completed within the last 6 years or current enrollment in Continuous Evaluation (CE) program. Ability to meet enhanced security requirements and obtain/maintain SAP and SCI eligibility and access. Ability to perform work at multiple sites. CDSE Industrial Security Training, Intro to SAP, SAP Compliance, SAP Mid-Level, etc. Industrial Security Professional Certifications - SPeD SFPC, NCMS ISP, etc. Experience with customer high side networks to include CV2, CORE, CNET, JADE, etc. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion. Ability to maintain flexibility to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). OPSEC program experience. Self-starter with minimal supervision. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills. Salary Range:
$87,000 - $130,600 Salary Range 2:
