Dynamic Network Support (DNS) is looking for our next
Service desk role in a staff augmentation position
to provide top-notch support to our client. This site consists of several adjacent properties with campus wide indoor/outdoor wifi and cameras so candidates should be comfortable working outdoors when required. In addition, we are seeking a professional who values building upon their current knowledge and growing relationships. This position is ideal for someone who appreciates consistency and wants to make a meaningful, lasting contribution in their area of expertise.

We specialize in designing, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure to ensure that systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Our team becomes an extension of each client's business, collaborating to align IT resources with strategic goals.
In our
Service Desk
role, you will be responsible for the following:
Monitor incoming tickets, emails, and calls
Perform password resets and account unlocks
Assist with basic login issues, MFA support, and email access problems
Walk users through basic troubleshooting (e.g., rebooting, clearing cache, reconnecting peripherals)
Assist with O365 administration (mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive) and Active Directory
Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
Install approved software applications
Use remote access tools for simple fixes (e.g., printer mapping, drive mapping, Outlook issues)
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2
Record troubleshooting steps and resolutions in tickets
To be a successful

individual, you will have the following:
A humble attitude, willing to learn from mistakes and others
A teachable spirit and desire to learn from others
High School Diploma/GED
1 to 2 years of customer support experience with a minimum of 2 years of IT support experience in an enterprise environment
Understanding and experience of Office 365 and Active Directory
Solid people skills – active listening, verbal/written communication, and relationship building
High level of customer service, professionalism, punctuality, and confidentiality
Strong initiative, able to be an initiative-taker but also a supportive team-player
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly in a fast-moving environment
Possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation
Possess a valid passport (preferred) with a willingness to travel on occasional short trips
Ability to successfully pass a drug test, criminal background, and valid driver's license checks.
