About the Role: We're seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to drive strategic insights and analytics across operational, financial, and e-commerce domains. This role blends deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset, translating complex business needs into actionable data-driven solutions. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to guide analytics strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead analytics initiatives across multiple business functions Translate business needs into technical solutions and statistical models Deliver compelling presentations and storytelling to stakeholders Provide guidance on analytics methodology and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams Advise on data strategy and predictive modeling Act as a generalist consultant with a "get-it-done" attitude Conduct ad hoc analyses to investigate operational issues Present results and recommendations to enhance strategies and profitability Build predictive models of customer behavior and value Lead meetings and create presentations to drive actionable results The Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor's in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field 5+ years of data analysis experience 2+ years with statistical software (SAS, SQL, R, Python) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, VBA Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills Proven experience leading global analytics teams Strong consulting and communication skills Deep technical expertise in data science, analytics, and strategy Ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders Preferred Skills:
E-commerce or retail experience Master's degree in a related field Benefits:
