Production Scheduler
for a 8 months Contract position with a client located in
Torrance, CA Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr on W2
(The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Job Description Effectively manage the production plan to meet daily build rates and ensure date fidelity on finish dates. Ensure adequate material availability and capacity availability prior to release of production orders to operations. Monitor production operations progress to ensure that build execution is occurring as planned. Drive actions to address and resolve aging orders (aged WIP). Act as the focal point for reporting and resolving all issues impacting production schedule execution. Develop (if needed) and monitor recovery plans. Lead/support efforts to understand root cause and corrective actions for process failures relating to execution of the production plan.
