Stellar Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager
to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects to completion in a collaborative manner. This role requires detailed planning, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Our goal is to always exceed the clients expectations. Role Description The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget. Essential duties include: Review project proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation. Establish work plans and staffing needs for each project phase, and coordinate recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Meet with project staff to outline work plans and assign duties, responsibilities, and authority scope. Coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget. Review status reports and adjust schedules or plans as necessary. Prepare project reports for management, clients, or other stakeholders. Provide technical advice and resolve problems with project personnel. Coordinate project activities with government agencies and regulatory bodies. Supervise 1-2 Assistant Project Managers, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work. Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record to operate shared company vehicles at project sites.
