Warehouse Associate
This exciting role will ensure the facility’s safe organization and storage of raw materials and finished products. This person will need to have prior exposure to warehouse processes and be capable of tracking them within the ERP System. The company is headquartered in the Burlington, WA area. It is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry. Responsibilities:
Verify that the quantity and quality of goods received are consistent with the receiving slip and check against suppliers count and immediately report discrepancies. Safe offload and storage of goods in the appropriate location using a forklift. Enter all goods received into the business system daily. Maintain inventory controls and manage the periodic inventory count per company policies and procedures. Ensure delivery of packages to the appropriate owner. Complete all paperwork promptly. Deliver raw materials to the production floor from the warehouse as required. Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with freight carriers and suppliers. Organize and clean the shipping and receiving areas as required. Qualifications:
High School Diploma Possess a valid driver’s license and current forklift certification Ability to package materials appropriate to their shipping or storage methods Working knowledge of raw materials, warehouse, and production scheduling Strong forklift skills, including driving vehicles indoors and outdoors Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail Prior experience using ERP Systems is preferred Salary Range:
$21-23/hr depending on experience. Schedule Options:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm Thursday-Monday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
