The VP will be expected to develop new business, manage a portfolio of existing accounts, and work closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Business Development include developing industry relationships, managing inbound leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and leveraging existing relationships for referrals. The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in sales within the commercial real estate field, excellent communication skills, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a background in real estate or finance.
