Middle Office Associate Temp-to-Perm RTO: 3day onsite Primary Responsibilities: Reconcile positions and transactions with Servicers and Trustees. Deliver daily cash and liquidity reports to the front office; assist in funding day-to-day business needs. Collaborate with fund accounting, fund administrators, and pricing teams to prepare and validate NAV and P&L figures. Monitor private deal pipelines to ensure sufficient liquidity, operational readiness, and timely fundings. Support ad-hoc reporting requests and general business enablement initiatives. Perform monthly sign-offs on cash balances, positions, and income items; coordinate with internal Finance teams and external administrators to meet month-end deadlines. Oversee daily operational activities including trade support, loan settlements, asset servicing, and reconciliations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of relevant financial services experience. Strong knowledge of fund structures and operations, including NAV and P&L processes. Product expertise in: Bank Debt (syndicated, private, and various structures) CLO Debt and Equity Proven track record of driving process improvements. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with VPM, Everest, IVP, and MicroStrategy is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Quick and independent learner with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable interfacing with traders, portfolio managers, and cross-functional teams. Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
