The leader will define and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy aligned to company goals, encompassing aspects of the post-sales customer journey across implementation, success management, and support. Core Responsibilities- Craft and execute go-to-market strategies and refine account coverage models for optimal performance, measured by revenue retention and growth.
- Champion C&Wâs technology solutions globally, translating capabilities into business, operational, and process benefits for clients.
- Develop and refine pricing models and product bundles to maximize market competitiveness and profitability, including ownership of pricing strategy and commercial approvals.
- Establish structured feedback mechanisms to serve as the voice of the client to Product and Innovation teams, informing product enhancements and new features.
- Lead client-facing engagements, serving as a thought leader by sharing insights at industry conferences, contributing to publications, and maintaining visibility in the corporate real estate tech community.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring the voice of the customer to operational departments including Product, Operations, Solution Design, and Finance.
- Support new business strategy and development by leveraging technology solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, and measurable results.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, promoting C&Wâs technology leadership.
- Ensure integration and application of emerging technologies to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation.
- Analyze market dynamics to ensure successful partner coverage supporting Customer Experience, Sales, and Solution Team initiatives.
- Act as a constructive change agent, challenging conventional approaches and promoting forward-thinking solutions across the organization.
- Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights that inform sales strategy and client engagement.
- Drive sales enablement initiatives for both account leaders and sales teams, equipping them with tools, training, and content to maximize performance.
- Develop and continuously improve sales playbooks, toolkits, and training to enable up-skilling for both technology sales and business teams to ensure they are equipped with compelling content and product knowledge
- Own sales technology and analytics tools (e.g., CRM systems, pipeline dashboards) to drive a data-driven sales culture.
- Bachelorâs degree level or equivalent qualification in business, technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, preferably within commercial real estate or enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics as applied to real estate solutions.
- Deep understanding of the current real estate technology market, including platforms for workplace experience, smart buildings, and portfolio optimization.
- 5+ years as a people leader with a demonstrable history of building and inspiring high-performing sales teams
- Proven track record of operationalizing Sales
- Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, sales enablement and product packaging for technology solutions
- Strong communication skills and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
